This past weekend we published our recent conversation with Sean.
I’ve been listening to a lot of podcasts recently.
Probably because I’ve been walking a lot.
Probably because my bike broke.
Specifically, the seat came off.
Specifically, the bolt that holds the seat to the bike frame came off as I was cycling through Goldhawk road on my way to TeamUpsides Breakfast Club at Hammersmith Academy at 7.30 in the morning. A man who was standing outside his house near to where I was looking for the lost screw asked me what it looked like and went in to his house to try and find me a spare one. I thought that was shockingly kind. After about an hour of retracing my steps trying to find the lost bolt I cut my losses and cycled home, standing up, with my bike seat in my hand.
Its been nearly 2 years since we last posted an episode of HYM.
This past weekend we published our recent conversation with Sean.
Sean is one of the most articulate people I’ve met, he has an easy charm and wears his gifts lightly.
We spoke about big impact books, racial consciousness and the stories about ourselves that we tell ourselves.

there are a few things that stood out to me in our conversation, but there are two things in particular that I hope to share with you in next weeks newsletter.
Until then,
